Website and platform service conditions
Last updated: 7 July 2026 · Effective from: 7 July 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the inferenceai.life website and related online resources operated by InferenceAI Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada (Business Number 863194725ON0001). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Separate written service agreements, programme enrolment contracts and data processing addenda govern paid inference platform services, professional engagements and programme delivery. Where those agreements conflict with these Terms regarding paid services, the written agreement prevails.
2. Description of services
InferenceAI Inc. operates an AI inference platform providing model serving infrastructure, GPU orchestration, production ML endpoint design, inference programmes and related professional services to business clients. Our website presents information about these capabilities for evaluation and engagement purposes.
InferenceAI is not a marketing agency, web design studio, general IT outsourcing firm, news portal, educational institution or cryptocurrency service. Content on this website describes applied artificial intelligence infrastructure — machine learning inference, large language model serving, edge AI deployment and responsible AI governance for enterprise environments.
3. Eligibility and account security
Our services are intended for business professionals and organisations. You must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. Where we provide programme portals, sandbox credentials or client dashboards, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or platform services to:
- Violate any applicable federal, provincial or local law or regulation in Canada or your jurisdiction.
- Transmit malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks or attempt unauthorised access to our systems, client environments or third-party infrastructure.
- Scrape, crawl or harvest website content or personal information through automated means without our prior written consent.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation or the purpose of your inquiry.
- Use inference infrastructure to develop, deploy or facilitate unlawful surveillance, discriminatory automated decision-making without appropriate safeguards, or applications prohibited by our service agreements.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from our proprietary platform components except where expressly permitted by law.
- Interfere with other users' access or with the integrity of model serving endpoints we operate for clients.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for conduct that poses security, legal or reputational risk to InferenceAI or our clients.
5. Intellectual property
All content on inferenceai.life — including text, graphics, logos, programme materials, architecture diagrams, documentation and software — is owned by InferenceAI Inc. or its licensors and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access website content for personal or internal business evaluation. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works except as permitted by law or separate written agreement.
Client-provided models, data and configurations remain the property of the client subject to service agreement terms. Deliverables created specifically for a client engagement are governed by intellectual property clauses in the applicable contract.
6. AI outcomes disclaimer
AI inference and model serving outcomes depend on infrastructure capacity, model architecture, data quality and workload patterns. InferenceAI designs and deploys production inference systems — individual latency, throughput, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance results vary by deployment. We do not guarantee specific performance metrics, zero-latency inference, fully autonomous operations without human oversight or regulatory approval for your use case.
Statistics, benchmarks and case references on this website are illustrative unless explicitly identified as guaranteed contractual service levels in a signed agreement. We are not a web design studio, marketing agency or general IT outsourcing firm.
7. Programme and service terms
Enrolment in inference programmes (INF-101 through INF-601) requires acceptance of programme-specific terms including fees in Canadian dollars (CAD), cancellation policies, prerequisite requirements and certification criteria. Professional services such as architecture review, latency optimisation sprints and model serving cutover are scoped through statements of work referencing these Terms unless superseded.
Pricing displayed on our website is indicative and subject to change. Binding quotes are provided in formal proposals. Payment terms, late fees and tax treatment (including HST where applicable in Ontario) are specified in invoices and contracts.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information under PIPEDA. Our Cookie Policy describes cookie categories and your choices.
9. Third-party links and services
Our website may link to third-party resources including cloud providers, documentation repositories and industry references. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or availability. Integration with third-party GPU platforms, observability tools or model registries during client engagements is subject to those providers' terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and any free informational resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, secure or free of harmful components.
Paid services include warranties only as expressly stated in applicable service agreements. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under Ontario consumer protection law where applicable to your transaction.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, InferenceAI Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business interruption, arising from your use of the website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising from website use not covered by a separate service agreement shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100). Liability for paid services is limited as specified in the governing service agreement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InferenceAI Inc. from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, infringement of third-party rights through models or data you provide, or unlawful deployment of inference endpoints configured under your direction.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for disputes arising from these Terms or website use, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your province of residence.
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute.
14. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated content on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes to Terms affecting active service agreements will be communicated through contractual notice procedures where required. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms for browsing and informational use.
15. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
